Step 1: Visit the official portal of UIDAI.

Step 5: Next, click on the ‘Send OTP’ option. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number. Enter it in the designated field.

Step 5: Get the address of the nearest one and visit the centre. Carry your Aadhaar with you along with your birth certificate and other documents.
